Small prep choices help the service stay comfortable, predictable, and beautifully clean.
- Arrive with clean, dry lashes and brows — no mascara, oils, or heavy eye makeup.
- Skip waterproof mascara for the 24 hours before your appointment; it leaves a residue that resists removal.
- Remove contact lenses before the service if that is more comfortable for you.
- Share allergies, sensitivities, recent eye procedures, or prescription eye products before booking.
- Plan for about an hour — most lash appointments run 60–65 minutes.
Keep the lift soft and glossy.
Your lift needs PLACEHOLDER to set. After that, upkeep is simple.
- For the first PLACEHOLDER, avoid water, steam, eye makeup, and rubbing around the lashes.
- Brush lashes upward gently with a clean spoolie as part of your morning routine.
- Skip mechanical lash curlers; they are unnecessary and may stress processed lashes.
- Use a conditioning product only if it is recommended for your lift system.
- Plan your next appointment around the 6–8 week mark, depending on your lash cycle.

- Cancellations & rescheduling: Change or cancel at least PLACEHOLDER before your appointment. Inside that window, a PLACEHOLDER fee is charged to the card on file.
- Late arrivals: Arrive within PLACEHOLDER of your start time and your service runs as booked. Past that it is shortened or rescheduled, and the full price still applies.
- Card on file: A valid card is required to reserve, and a PLACEHOLDER deposit is taken at booking. The card is charged only for late cancellations and no-shows.
- Guests: To keep the studio quiet and private, appointments are reserved for the booked client unless arranged in advance.

Typically 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural growth cycle, aftercare, and how quickly your lashes shed.
02When can I get my lashes wet?
Keep them completely dry for PLACEHOLDER after your service. That covers showers, steam, swimming, and sweat — after the window passes, your normal routine is fine.
03How soon can I book another lift?
Plan on 6–8 weeks between lifts. Your lashes should be healthy and sufficiently grown out before another chemical service.
04How far out are you booking?
Appointments are currently going out about 8 weeks. If you want a specific day or time, reserve your next visit before you leave the studio.
05Is a tint right for me?
A tint suits you if your lash ends are light or you want a deeper, more defined finish. It darkens the natural lashes; it does not add length or extensions.
06When should I postpone a lash lift?
Postpone if you have an active eye infection, significant irritation, a stye, or recent eye surgery. Message Jenna before booking if you have a concern or a history of reactions.
07Can I wear mascara after a lash lift?
Yes, after the first PLACEHOLDER. Use a non-waterproof formula — removing waterproof mascara means rubbing, which shortens the lift.
08What happens if I choose the wrong service?
Send a DM as soon as possible with your appointment date and the result you want. If timing allows, the booking can be adjusted before your visit.
